Return Policies
Due to federal and state laws, we cannot accept lingerie that has been worn.
Please remember to wear a liner when trying on an outfit that has a panty bottom.
Thank you for taking the time to carefully try on your lingerie, your kindness is greatly appreciated! Also, we do not accept returns on clearance items or swimwear.
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If for any reason you or your recipient do not like the products, you have 15 days (upon delivery) to return the unused merchandise. Any request beyond 15 days will be accepted at our discretion and processed in the form of an exchange or merchandise credit only. No requests after 30 days from the date of delivery will be accepted. We will refund the full amount (minus shipping & handling) within 1-10 days of receiving the returned unused merchandise. You have the option of either receiving an in store credit, an exchange or refund to your credit card- your choice! We apologize, but we are not responsible for lost returns; we suggest you insure your returns.
What cannot be returned:
Due to its seasonal nature, we regretfully cannot accept any returns on our costumes purchased during the month of October, nor Santa outfits during the holiday season. However, these items can be exchanged for the same product if the wrong size was ordered (plus shipping costs). In addition we cannot accept returns on swimsuits.
We are sorry, but we do not offer returns on our gift certificates.
Due to health codes and concerns, items including but not limited to Panties, G-Strings, Thongs, Tongas, Hosiery and Teddies/Bodysuits are unable to be returned or exchanged once they have been tried on. This is the law! It is critical that this is understood and that such items are only to be tried on while wearing undergarments. All Hosiery must remain in it's sealed package in order to be
eligible for return or exchange. Any such item(s) that are sent for return/exchange that show any signs of wear will be immediately returned to you at your expense.
Defective Products or Wrong Products Received
In the unlikely event you receive a flawed or defective item or if you receive an item that is not what you ordered (or missing an item), please notify Best Line Lingerie within 48 business hours of the receipt of your package at returns@bestlinelingerie.com. We will send and ship a replacement item, free of charge and arrange for the return of the defective item or wrong item. If you receive the wrong item please tell us what you received including item #, size & color. No additional shipping will be charged for replacing defective items or if the item received was incorrect.
For Exchanges
In the event you choose to exchange your unused merchandise, standard shipping fees will be charged to the credit card on record unless other arrangements are made in advance.
For Account Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the manner in which you paid for the initial order. We will issue a credit to the account that was used to place the order within 1-10 business days upon receiving the returned unused merchandise. Credits should appear to your online statement within 1-10 business days depending on the procedures of your bank. Please be aware that credits to your credit account can take up to two billing cycles to appear on your printed statement. Also remember that the refund will be in the amount of the merchandise total only- as shipping charges are non-refundable.
For Store Credits
In the event a merchandise credit is desired, or required, you will receive an email (usually within two business days of receiving the returned merchandise) containing the amount of your credit and a special code that you can use during a future checkout to claim your credit.
How to Return an Item:
1. Let us know within 15 days of receipt by emailing us at returns@bestlinelingerie.com. Please provide a short description of the reason of the return, and also your preferred method of refund.
2. We will provide you with an RMA# (Return Authorization Number) as well as shipping instructions.
3. We will refund the full amount (minus shipping & handling) within 1-10 days of receiving the returned unused merchandise.
