Shipping Policies:

Your Shipping And Purchase Is Discrete

All packages are wrapped and shipped discretely in unmarked packages (FedEx, UPS, or USPS boxes or bubble mailers). In no way does your credit card charge nor package say anything about lingerie. The return address and billing charge is discreet; you will be billed by (and shipped from) H&S Global.

Shipping Orders:

Please allow an extra 2-4 days for processing orders containing "SH" or "X" in the item numbers (Shirley of Hollywood). We highly recommend ground service for these items as overnight shipping does not include this processing time. For example if you place an overnight order containing any item with "SH" in it, it will be shipped overnight 2-4 days after placing the order.

For all other items, if your order is placed before 2:00 pm EST on a Business Day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) we process the order the same day 99.9% of the time (otherwise the order will be processed within 24hrs). Orders are shipped within 24-48hrs, if you choose 2nd Day Air or Overnight Air please place the order by 1:30 EST (Monday through Friday on a Business Day) and we will do everything we can to ship that day.

Shipping Rates:

FREE SHIPPING: We will pay the UPS or FedEx Ground shipping cost for all orders $75+ that are shipped within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). Shipping typically takes 3-7 days.

Shipping Methods: We use UPS and FedEx to ship to most street addresses in the continental US. Military and PO Boxes are shippped using USPS Priority Mail. Alaska and Hawaii are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. We also ship to Canada using USPS Priority Mail.
